ok the first photo is to show off the homemade cheesecake I baked (with the aid of Caleb who mixed because I am weak…)
The second is to once again show off the cheesecake, but this time you can see what it looks like.
The third is the beef. AND MY AMAZING NEW KNIFE.
The fourth is the beer-brewed beef, but this is the sauce that went on the beef.
Lost love is still love… It takes a different form, that’s all. You can’t see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when those senses weaken, another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it.
Life has to end… Love doesn’t.

oh man. what a fantastic book. I got it as a confirmation gift from the dear Michael Kleinfelder. I also have given it to previous people who mean something to me (Justin and Caleb are two examples).

That lovely dinner I prepared for Justin that I tumbled about eons ago. Quite a success.
GOODNESS.
I need to post more. I apologize to my few followers. My wonderful boyfriend gave me one of the best birthday presents ever! First, he got me measuring spoons BUT they are magnetic and stack on top of one another! yeah, like I am going to let anyone use them besides me… Second, he gave me a baking book and it is AWESOME. I will try and use at least 3 new recipes a week and post pictures on here! Yay for cooking blogs and cats. I still love my cats.
